tkapp Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tkapp ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services accessible at tkapp.vip. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with tkapp, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, and the use of any supplementary features or services offered through the platform.

tkapp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Changes will be published on this page with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the tkapp platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through tkapp's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction agreed upon during account registration. tkapp operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL encryption and certified fair-play technology. All game outcomes are determined by independently audited random number generators (RNGs).

These Terms should be read alongside tkapp's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and tkapp.

2 Eligibility & Age

Access to tkapp is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account on tkapp, you explicitly confirm that you meet this age requirement. tkapp takes underage gambling seriously and employs active age verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you are eligible to use tkapp only if all of the following conditions are met:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee of tkapp, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from tkapp or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

tkapp reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate. If satisfactory age verification cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe, tkapp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any associated funds pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services available on tkapp — including sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and the cashier — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You may register only one account per person. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid, active email address that you own and have regular access to.
• A valid Bangladesh mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS messages.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 18 years of age or older.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information at all times. tkapp reserves the right to conduct enhanced identity verification (KYC) at any point during the account lifecycle, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Players will be asked to submit a copy of a valid National ID, passport, or other government-issued document. KYC verification is a one-time process per account and is required before the first withdrawal can be processed. Accounts that fail KYC verification or that provide false information during registration may be closed, and any funds held subject to review.

Account login credentials — your username and password — are personal and non-transferable. You must not share your credentials with any third party. tkapp accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your login details. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tkapp — including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonus credits — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tkapp does not apply currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The following transaction limits apply to all tkapp accounts:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 per transaction
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction
• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your tkapp account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take between 1 and 3 business hours to process during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) banking hours.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the tkapp finance team. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–24 hours from the time the request is submitted, subject to KYC verification being complete. tkapp reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending additional verification where fraud, bonus abuse, or other policy concerns are identified.

All payments must be made from accounts or payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments — deposits or withdrawals made on behalf of another person, or using another person's payment account — are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

5 Bonus & Promotions

tkapp offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and ICC tournament windows. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read before participating.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all tkapp promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms (e.g., "30x the bonus amount"). Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting, slots, live casino games, and fishing games may each carry different contribution percentages. Refer to individual promotion pages for specific contribution rates.
• Maximum Bonus Conversion: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount of bonus funds that can be converted to withdrawable cash is capped at five times (5x) the original bonus amount.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold and wager only one active bonus at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Welcome Bonus: The 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000 is available to new players on their first deposit only. It may not be claimed more than once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.

tkapp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice. In the event that tkapp identifies or suspects any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — it reserves the right to void the relevant bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close the accounts involved.

6 User Obligations

By using tkapp, you agree to abide by the following obligations at all times during your use of the platform:

• You will use tkapp solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and will not use the platform for any commercial, professional, or business purpose.
• You will provide only truthful, accurate, and current information to tkapp at registration and throughout the lifecycle of your account.
• You will not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, fraud detection, or fair-play mechanism implemented on the tkapp platform.
• You will not use any automated software, bot, script, spider, or other tool to interact with the tkapp platform, including for the purpose of placing bets, scraping odds data, or manipulating game outcomes.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting, or coordinated wagering activity with other players or third parties.
• You will not attempt to exploit software bugs, errors, or display faults for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to tkapp support immediately.
• You will not engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the tkapp platform or its payment infrastructure.
• You will not make abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate communications with tkapp support staff or other players via any channel.
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that tkapp is not responsible for any financial losses you incur during the normal course of gameplay.

Breach of any of the above obligations constitutes a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities. tkapp's decision in matters of user conduct is final.

7 Intellectual Property

All content available on the tkapp platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, logos, icons, text, data, audio, video, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of tkapp or its licensed content providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi), and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tkapp platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or transmit any part of the tkapp platform content for any purpose other than personal use.
• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on tkapp platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the tkapp platform.
• Use the tkapp brand, logo, name, or any associated trademarks without prior written consent from tkapp.
• Frame, scrape, or index tkapp content using automated tools for any commercial or non-personal purpose.

Any unauthorised use of tkapp intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law. 8 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your tkapp account at any time by submitting a written request via live chat or email to [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 1–3 business days. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any active bonus funds attached to your account at the time of closure will be forfeited upon closure.

tkapp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Detected use of automated software, bots, or prohibited gambling strategies.
• Suspicion of underage gambling or identity misrepresentation.
• Abusive conduct directed at tkapp staff or other players.
• At the player's own request under a self-exclusion or responsible gaming programme.

In the event of account suspension or closure for cause, tkapp reserves the right to withhold any funds held in the account pending a full investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the relevant funds may be forfeited in whole or in part. tkapp's findings and decisions in such matters are final and binding.

Players wishing to temporarily pause their account — rather than close it permanently — may apply a time-out period via the Responsible Gaming tools available in Account Settings.
